What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, work email address, organization, role, sector, approximate headcount, the systems you describe, what prompted your enquiry, and your telephone number if you provide one. When you request the Data Health Checklist we collect your email address and the sector version you select.
Information collected automatically
If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect standard website analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device and browser type, and time on page. Our hosting provider also keeps server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostic purposes.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a scope and a price
- To send the specific resource you requested
- To understand which pages and channels are useful, so we can improve the site
- To maintain the security and availability of the website
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

Who we share it with
Only service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above. As of the date of this policy those are: our website host Hostinger and WordPress, our email provider Hostinger, our form and CRM tooling WPForms, our analytics provider Google Analytics, and our scheduling tool LatePoint. We will disclose information where required by law.

Write to info@boat10studios.com and we will, within a reasonable period: tell you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop sending you anything. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including under state consumer privacy legislation. Nothing in this policy limits those.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored with access limited to those who need it. Our wider security program is described on the security and data handling page.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
